Kaitou Resetti, also known as Phantom Thief Resetti and BlueResetti is a threat to the world as we know it. As a performative artist they steal the hearts of their audience as while as prized jewels. The Sapphire Heart Doll

A mysterious sideshow attraction that was taken down 3 years ago. Eyewitnesses say that on the final show the doll begged for one more coin so they could be set free from their strings.
There was no comment from the sideshow owner when questioned on these concerning images.The Sapphire Heart Doll was originally created as the first lifelike balljointed puppet, with its almost natural movements and expressive faces. The doll itself was said to run off of the energy of the Sapphire Heart, a gem found buried in an ancient ruin. However, the Sapphire Heart was reportedly stolen before the puppet's final performance, leaving some to wonder how it was functioning on that final day, and if the theories are true about it being stolen by Kaitou Resetti.
